OK Folks: My beliefs are a little different,
A very good friend of mine sent this "religious right" letter to me. Well, I responded to this letter as if I could talk to you and God/Creator at the same time, and it shed a whole new light on the subject.
Mind you: I am not anti-God..... I am just not one to go to church on the "Day of Rest".... and waste half the morning listening to someone yawn on about fire and brimstone, or rehashing a book that was written so long ago, and modified to the point of not making any sense any more..... (I would rather be with my dear sweet husband.)
Take a look at the other religions, where all they know IS their book. Those are the ones blowing themselves up, and being taught to hate other religions. Religion is your way of life, religion is not your life. There is a difference. Oh, and Religious Fundamentalists are not only following Mohammad. There are also Religious Fundamentalists who follow Jesus, Buddah or the Devil. Some may call these groups the "Religious Right" but it doesn't mean they are correct, they are just over so far to the right side of the middle line of normalcy it isn't funny.
I also feel that those who think they have to go knocking on doors with their little books or jugs of laundry detergent should be doing something a lot more constructive, too. Use that energy to clean up the Earth. Use that energy to form committees to do something for the Earth! And I DON'T mean go out blowing up or torching business because YOU don't like what they do. Going after the end product is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of.
Just because YOU don't eat meat, doesn't mean you have the right to set fire to a business that uses the hides for clothing or car seats. The animals were not killed just for their hides. The animal is DEAD and EATEN folks, get over it. And if man did not eat meat, his brain would never have developed to be as intelligent as it is. So, stop breeding stupidity by refusing to feed your children meat.
You are not a GOD, you have NO RIGHT to stop others from their way of life. If I want to have a BIG SUV, with LEATHER INTERIOR, it is MY CHOICE. You want to drag your ass on the road in a compact car for 200 miles on a road trip, sitting on what amounts to be a board with a cushion on it: be my guest. SOME folks are allergic to artificial fibers, and leather is the best current option for lasting strength. SMARTEN UP FOLKS.

Here is my list: I want to buy a nice house with land and privacy. I wish to do this for the man I desire, to let him rest easier when he comes home from a hard day at work. He has worked since he was 15, supporting his Mom & Dad, Brothers and Sisters, in times of need. He has worked himself to heart problems. Now there is just the 2 of us, and he still is working too many hours. His family is short lived, with his brothers not making it past retirement age. We just buried his Sister at age 59 from cancer. Well, my dearest has only a few years left to retire. I was hoping to retire him early, so he could enjoy life. I work hard, sometimes without rest or food, to try to take up some of the load. You want to do something for me? Smarten up those twisted religious freaks who think the more they kill, the more you like them! Great, now I know I will be 6 feet under when that happens. Spirits don't need to cry. With all this death and destruction going on, how can anyone be happy? If everyone agreed to not hurt one another in the name of religion, this might be a better place. This is a very important time in our lives, take heed.
The Creator is not going to DO anything more, it is like a Psychiatrist, always listening to you mumble to yourself. "God/Creator" is within ALL of us, as we are part of the Earth. Sometimes in different shapes and forms, but each person already knows their God/Creator. And some feel the Creator is and should always be a female entitiy, making her a Goddess.
Once things were turned over to become male oriented, things have gotten persistently worse.

God/Creator did not have a son, Jesus was a messenger with insight of what he thought was God/Creator, (Goodness for the community) just as Moses and Mohammed were. God/Creator is the scientific life force (PURE ENERGY) of the planet, and did not sleep with a mortal. Mary may have felt she received a message from God/Creator (within), and Mary is most likely the one to start the rumors about the "Chosen One." After all, ask any new mother, and she will tell you her child is so special!
I am often amazed at the natural things that have happened, and have been labeled a "miracle of God". I wonder what magicians we would all be labeled as, way back then, knowing what we know NOW? Would I be killed as a witch or worshiped as a goddess, because I can heal a sore with a plant?
Jesus was MORTAL, he lived a full life, and fathered children. His "death" on the cross was an act, to try to prove he was special, to get folks to believe in him. For if the bible told all truth, why do all the Gospels tell a different story about the same event, with different endings? And if you build ANYTHING upon those beliefs, wouldn't it be destined to fail, for it is a pack of lies? That book which is so holy has been modified by those that supposedly "killed" Jesus the Christ...the ROMANS....
Jesus was Jewish, the Jews did not kill him. They were afraid to do anything to help him, and were probably too far away from the crucifixtion site to be able to help. It was the "quickest" crucifition in Roman history, due to an herb administered. See, it was all a bit of "Voodoo", as the donkey was already procured for the trip through town. Ah, such simple minds that were so easily led to think they were seeing a ghost! He never died on the cross, folks. His "limp body" was turned over to his brother in law, and lain in a private crypt. He was administered to, and he left in secrecy.

So, all great and powerful one, if the crucifixition was real, why did you let him suffer so much on that cross in the hot sun? You could have proved your love another way. You could have let him live and raise children with Mary Magdelane. (or did you?) You could have talked through him, and answered so many questions. But, then that would be asking a lot of a mere mortal, wouldn't it? How come you did not tell the people to take him off the cross? I guess you were too busy doing something else....so what DO you do anyway?

I personally don't think he died. If he did: you took the life of a person who might have even shown us more, like how to cope with the 21st century. After all, your "son" was someone who could answer back, right? Maybe you should send us someone else? Today is a "here and now" society, and we need answers now.
MAYBE this is the answer: NO RELIGION. No Jesus, No Mohammed, No Church, No Priests, No Pope, No one else, just PEOPLE, common sense, and their God/Goddess/Creator. God/Creator is part of you. Do as you wish, but bring no harm to another human. Alas, that is far too simple, eh?

Maybe there are too many people for you to watch over. And what of the other people who have different religions? The old and ancient religions. Are they going to "burn" for not believing in your "son"? Some have never heard of such a person. They do no harm, and they are happy. They live simple lives, and tend the Earth. I seriously think those are the lucky ones. Remember; most people are killing each other over religion, so let's remove the reason for the fighting.

Wait a minute: the Earth is your child, born from the Great Creator. Mother Nature (Common Sense) guides the humans on the Earth. The inhabitants of the Earth are supposed to take care of it. The Earth is the Garden, for all of us. We are children of the Earth. We also have to make sure all the gardeners are reaping good things.

How do you answer those that pray for Death to America? Are those the folks you gave "stupidity" to in big doses? Are those the folks that are dying by blowing themselves up? Does this mean that if we let them stay their course, they will eventually kill all of themselves, and eliminate the problem on their own?

For me, God/Creator does not have all the answers. God/Creator is part of YOU.
The Creator made the Earth, animals and the people. The Creator is the scientific force that made all this happen. Mother Nature guides the animals, trees, and plants. She used to guide us, too..... until Someone said "believe in only me" (Now look at the mess we have made of the world since then!)
The people are supposed to tend to the Earth. It is the Garden. If they fail the Garden, they will all die.
Here is a twisted question for you: (How do you know the Bible is not MOSTLY stuff that is about to happen, not in the past? I mean, we could still be in Genesis....the Garden.)
Inside each person was given a brain, a conscience, a heart, two ears and a mouth.
These are where the answers come from. They come from our questions to one another... (like the Internet!)
We learned that Poison Ivy itches like mad when touched.... and we learn that time heals many wounds, as does love.
Love can replace hurt, love can make one forget a lot of bad things. I love my husband with all my being. I think the Creator was cool for making all this that we live on and with, but it is too bad that there are so many idiots out there that are greedy and angry... and full of hate towards all mankind. I don't hate people, or The Creator. I am against those who breed hate with brainwashing.
I just think the common sense is getting left out of the program when the people are being created nowadays....I mean, how dumb can one be to think that by committing suicide, and killing others in the meantime, that The Creator would approve? What does he want with a dead body splattered on the sidewalk?
COMMON SENSE will rule the earth and her inhabitants. Those that do not have common sense are not going to make it. The Creator I know, knows no border lines. What makes you think he can see that invisible line that separates each state or country? Get real! He doesn't even know what color you are! He doesn't know what time it is, either! Time and dates are a man made concept! And I know of no God/Goddess/Creator who would approve of the demoralization of anybody. Do to others as you would have them do to you. Men and Women are equals, to work side by each, to help one another.
I think more people should smarten up, and see what they are doing to the Earth, before sitting in church all day, or 2-3 times a week, when they could be doing something constructive to assist the Earth and their fellow man, on their day off from work. Maybe THAT is what should be talked about in church: Save the Earth! Start a community organic garden! Give Blood! Help Man! If you have so many Demons inside you, that you can't function without church 3 times a week, you need professional help. Try meditation, learn what is inside yourself. If you don't like what you hear or see, get help to change it.
A preacher can drum "peace on earth" into the followers heads all day, but once they leave the building, they are off doing harm (drinking, yelling at their kids, beating their wife, the list goes on and on).... you know it, as well as I do. They need to be shown and told WHY to do good for the Earth and Mankind.... (MAN will not survive without the earth, But earth will survive without man.)
Religion/belief should be a way of LIFE. You should give thanks every day for all you have, all you see, all you smell. And you should do all you can to make sure that you will experience all that tomorrow, and the next day, and the next.....but you have to enjoy the rewards right away. Life is short. You should not think that living like someone else did will make you like that person. It will only strip away your true identity. I mean, do you think living like Jesus will make you pure? Are you going to hang on a cross for your funeral??
Unfortunately, this is the way of many religions: do what you will, he still loves you.

Fire and brimstone is no real fear anymore..... I think most people no longer believe there is such a place. After all, the church says your "sins" are forgiven anyway.
So, I think murder should be given a meaning worse than sin.
The murder of innocents is unforgivable by anyone, and not approved by ANY religion. To point weapons against one another is the first real sin, the second real sin is firing them. But, if some idiot starts something, people do have the right to defend themselves, no questions asked.
It is a shame that so many people put such an emphasis on their religion. I really do not care what religion any one person is, because we are never going to know who was right or if there is a wrong religion, until we are 6 feet under........ so what is the big deal? We all agree there was a creator. Pure and Simple. So, you give him a different name... it all depends on where you were born, as to what you call the Creator. I use "Creator" because I feel the creator is not a person.
We can love, honor, respect whomever or whatever we want, as long as it does not harm anyone. All religions should say the same thing: Love thy neighbor, do good to all, peace for the Earth, take care of the Earth. If these things are followed, the rest comes naturally. But, just like rabid animals, you will have demented humans. There are those that think of nothing else than to have all the power in the world, to make the world bow down to them, with the use of force, threats, weapons, and such. These people need to be locked up or eliminated. There is no fixing them. There are modern day Hitlers out there, trying to destroy the world as we know it. They only wish to have the world mimic the havoc and chaos in their own minds. And you will note: none of these leaders are ever seen on the front lines. They are not even in the public eye! They are hiding under some rocks or in a cave!
Appreciate those that toiled the Earth all their lives, and tend to them in their ending days..... And question Corporate America, are their plastic goods and plastic clothing really wanted?? The manufacture of this stuff is harmful to the Earth.... in more ways then one. They do not decompose, and will sit for thousands of years in the trash, or release harmful fumes if they are burned. I think going back to natural fibers will help the Earth. Let's plant special forests for harvesting the wood, to renew our resources. Let us grow the Lamb and Goat for his Wool. Eat what the goddess has given us. Eat what can be digested easily, without the need for processing. I am sorry, that means salted TOFU is OUT of the question.
My motives are true and dear: Preserve the Earth, to preserve mankind. We can live in harmony. I do have a problem with people and school children being shot at, and I care not which country it happens in, be it Turkey, Israel, Africa, Ireland or America. My grief is the same for all, my heart breaks when I hear innocents being slaughtered. I am sorry...going in and killing people in a building is NOT the answer to your problems...If you are going to commit suicide, just go do it all by yourself. No one wants to go with you. Oh, and you won't be seeing God/Creator, Virgins, or anything when you commit suicide. So maybe you should see a doctor instead. You might be glad you did. The devil has another name, it is depression.

Creator, Great Spirit, Man in the Moon....why should anyone care what another calls their creator, and how he worships it. Are Christians SO concerned about my soul, that they are willing to kill me if I don't believe in their god or his son? Where is the sanity to this equation? Who has the RIGHT to say any god/gods/goddess is not good enough for me to believe in? If you do not like the religion of the land you are living on, MOVE. The world does not revolve around you. You can not change things alone. You are better off to go where there are more like you, and maybe together you will all make a difference for the betterment of mankind. Just remember, God/Creator is in you, the Creator has done its' job by creating the Earth, we are grown from the Earth, and Mother Nature (Common Sense) is in charge of guiding us to tend to the Earth properly.
But the answer does not lie in the barrel of a .44, or in ostricization. The answer does not lie in the bed of a prostitute, or behind the wheel of a stolen car. The answer does not lie somewhere in a pack of cigarettes, or in a bottle of booze. The answer does not lie in a can of beer, or in a needle filled with drugs. The answer does not lie in death.
The answer does not lie, for it will be truth.

I honestly believe people that wave anti-war signs on public property against any military action we are involved in are the most ignorant to walk the earth. Don't you know that many people died so you could enjoy this country? Love it or leave it. Your tax dollars are going towards the war effort, so there is no way for you to not be contributing to it, any way. I also think that those that just STAND there with their signs are LOITERING, and should be fined if they don't keep moving. I also believe that too many of a group is a parade, which needs a permit, and paid police control.
I wish people who think the world owes them a living, due to what happened to them or their families and ancestors in the past, would do something to make the world a better place, insuring that the atrocity never happens again. This does not mean living the atrocity over and over again!
I hope people who have been traumatized will be able to pick up the pieces and move on. Stagnation eats at the souls as if it were in the fiery depths of Hell.
I have a problem with people who think that public display of sexual contact and preference should be allowed. I feel this is a private matter, and belongs behind closed doors. This goes for all ages, and all kinds. Do what feels natural, but don't do it in front of everyone, nor brag about it. The intimacy is lost when it is public, and respect is lost for all parties involved.

If the people of our future are now piercing their body, tattooing it to be ugly, and killing their school mates right in front of others....what are they going to do when they grow up to be adults?
We are all given lessons to be learned. Usually this is through hardships and trauma. If nothing is gained, the lesson is lost, and there is nothing to be learned to prevent it from happening again.
I have a problem with people who twist simple statements or projects into mountains, and read so much between the lines that one is reading between the lines of the lines.....
It takes too much energy from our short lives to be angry at something or someone for any length of time. Either do something about it, ignore it, or move on. I have written this page, hoping to shed enlightenment on anyone who bothers to read it.
